How long will it take to be contacted after submitting the form?

Am I able to select which designer to contact instead?

Yes of course, do let us know if you have a specific designer you would like to work with for your dream home.

Is the designer I'm working with experienced?

All of our designers graduated from our in-house course, and are equipped with the necessary knowledge to build your dream home.

If the assigned designer is new, we have a support system that ensures his/her mentor is kept in loop on the renovation process to assist.

I'm not sure on certain details of my new home. Is your designer able to identify the unforeseen issues in my home?

Our designers are armed with the knowledge as well as experience to identify specific factors that may affect the renovation. 

 

Before starting work, our designer will discuss key factors & details with home-owners, giving them a peace of mind. 

First Consultation
I'm not sure if the floor plan is accurate, is that okay?

Simply send the floor plan our way, & our designers will do all the work on your behalf. No need to worry! 

I have not received my floor plan yet. Is that alright?

Before reviewing the floor-plan, our designers will make sure to walk through your needs & wants for your dream home. 

What should I bring to my first consultation?

There is no need for any specific documents or preparations for the first meet-up, but it is always good to have photos of your soon-to-be renovated home.

 

This allows our designers to have a better understanding of the current state, so that we can better advise the works needed to achieve your dream home. 

Can I get a direct quotation immediately without consultation?

For certain works that are minor while provided with images & floor-plan, our designers may be able to assist.

However, we do strongly recommend to have a first meet-up with our designers as we would like to better understand your needs and discuss your home renovation without missing any details. 

How long does it take the designer to come out with the quotation for the second appointment?

We do estimate about a week to two to ensure that we give a comprehensive quote to our clients, and this also depends on the scale of the renovation. 

 

You may choose to check in with your assigned designer the lead time he/she needs after the first meet-up. 

Second Consultation
Is the quotation comprehensive and final? No extra or hidden cost?

Our designers will do our best to ensure transparency in the quotations. However, we hope for all customer’s understanding that any changes in terms of works needed will definitely be reflected in terms of costing. 

What are the payment plans?

We accept NETS/VISA/MASTERCARD (please check with your assigned designer for full details), bank transfers (paynow) as well as cheque deposits.
