presented a 3D model for our viewing even before confirmation to engage her.
The 3D model was suitable for our kitchen so we decided to go with it even though the price is above our budget.
Subsequently, she proposed that we should continue with renovation of our master bedroom toilet.

He took the time to really understand our style, needs, and budget, and was always quick to respond to questions or changes along the way. It’s rare to find someone who is both creative and detail-oriented, but he managed to strike that balance perfectly throughout the entire process. One of the things we appreciated most was how smoothly everything ran under his supervision. He kept the project on schedule, coordinated with contractors seamlessly, and made sure the work was done to a very high standard. The workmanship across the board was excellent — everything from the finishes to the furniture placement felt thoughtful and well-executed. Even with unexpected adjustments (as always happen with home projects), he handled things quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality. Pricing was also very reasonable considering the quality of the outcome and the level of service we received. There were no surprises, and he was upfront about costs from the beginning, which we really appreciated. All in all, working with him was a smooth and enjoyable process, and we’re incredibly happy with the final result. Our home feels both more functional and more beautiful, and that’s entirely thanks to his work.

He provided advice on things to look out for which is very important to us as we have zero experience. During the renovation process , Desmond set up group chat with the contractors for easy communication. Desmond was very efficient and kept us on the loop if there were any changes to be made. Rectification and response after the handover process are still prompt and quick which we are very impressed and satisfied. From the start, Judy took the time to understand my style and preferences. She paid close attention to the overall colour scheme and offered thoughtful suggestions that balanced aesthetics with practicality, all within a reasonable budget. Despite a few unexpected challenges during the renovation, Judy was always proactive. She regularly update on the progress, which gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. Throughout the project, I was pleased with how he has maintained frequent updates, doesn't hold back from communicating potential constraints and/or issues, and follows up with practical and clever solutions. He has also delivered the project in a tight timeline with a capable and professional team, as well as 3rd party contractors, and even so, delivered with an excellent build quality to the point that I was really just nitpicking when I was doing defect checks. It's been weeks since the project has concluded, and there's been no issues at the time of writing. The kitchen feels great to work in, and fits in well with the aesthetics of my place, and its thanks to Derrick for helping to provide a clear and cohesive selection of materials to tie it all together.
There were also some concerns we faced such as if we were able to overlay the kitchen instead of re-doing it and she was very helpful during the site meeting. We also needed to choose tiles as we decided not to take the risk and just re-do the entire kitchen, Trina made sure she was around during the tiles choosing as the variety of choices are far too wide. Overall I think she is responsible and goes out of her way to ensure things progress as planned. Trina and her team made sure to keep to the timeline as we wanted to moge in before the new year and the team delivered.
I also appreciated her eye for detail, from picking the right materials, matching colours perfectly and ensuring all the finishing touches were done nicely. The end result turned out even better than I imagined. The design was exactly what I had hoped for and the space now feels both stylish and comfortable. I would highly recommend Zynn to anyone looking for an interior designer.
