I was assigned Judy as my designer, and I’m very glad I made that choice. From the start, Judy took the time to understand my style and preferences. She paid close attention to the overall colour scheme and offered thoughtful suggestions that balanced aesthetics with practicality, all within a reasonable budget. Despite a few unexpected challenges during the renovation, Judy was always proactive. She regularly update on the progress, which gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. I recommend Fedora as an ID. Her approachable nature fosters collaboration and encourages open communication. Her keen eye for color coordination ensures that her designs are not only functional but also cohesive. She shortlisted some colours for our carpentry and we were able to decide quickly. When it comes to tile selections, she was also very sharp to point out many key considerations to help us to reconsider our decisions. What truly sets her apart is her ability to provide practical, actionable advice to elevate designs. She doesn’t just focus on aesthetics but takes into account usability and practicality, offering suggestions that improve the overall design outcome. Her constructive feedback is always well thought out and delivered with clarity, making it easy for others to implement. No renovation is without its issues. After the handover, two tiles were found to be cracked. One of the tiles was successfully fixed, showing that Fedora takes quick action to address issues. However, the second tile couldn’t be repaired because fixing it might have caused more damage to the door frame, so this was carefully considered to avoid further problems. Despite these small hiccups, Fedora handled the situation well. Her post renovation service was also good she would try her best to help with the coordination within a few days. Design and Service : 9/10, Workmanship: 7/10

Desmond and Trina was a recommendation from a trusted friend who also did their renovation with them and had good praises for their work done. As our unit required more effort due to its complexity, Desmond and Trina met us for several rounds of discussion before finalising the quotation and proposed layout. As our unit required good weather to progress work quickly and efficiently. Desmond and Trina was quick to arrange for start of works and everything went as planned. Though there were a few issues raised throughout the renovation as expected, Desmond and Trina addressed them promptly and made sure their workers paid close attention to the problems raised.

I wanted someone I trusted to do a bit of touch up work for my HDB unit. Engaged Derrick Hong from T&T again as we had recently worked with them on a renovation project and I was pleased with overall outcome. I strongly recommend Derrick from T&T if you need someone who can deliver on time yet listens to what you needed too. He is responsive, gives suggestions and advice but doesn’t push. Eric was actually a family recommendation, hence I decided to take the leap of faith and engage him for my renovation.
